Rebecca's Design Notes: I believe that home is sacred space; it is the sanctuary where we get relief from the sensory overload of a long commute and the stresses of 21st century life. This bedroom overlooking a golf course fits the bill for this client. While she loves textiles, we used them sparsely to make cleaning easier: she has dust and dander allergies. Otherwise, we would have had larger rugs and more traditional window treatments.
